The Symantec Manufacturers License Program (SMLP) is open to manufacturers who create systems, peripherals, or vertical market software for resale and who are able to commit to shipments of at least 50,000 units per year. It offers manufacturing licenses for a variety of Symantec products including Norton AntiVirus 2006, Norton Internet Security 2006, Ghost Solution Suite, pcAnywhere 11.5, and Norton Ghost 10.0. This program allows manufacturers to work directly with Symantec, licensing products which they can duplicate or pre-install.
