Gold

Symantec Gold Partners have gained expertise in one or more of the Symantec Services specializations. They have achieved a measurable level of customer satisfaction. Gold Partners enjoy an enhanced level of additional benefits complementing the wealth of marketing information, tools, and support available at the Gold level.

Silver

The Silver level recognizes and rewards Partners with credibility in the marketplace providing a wealth of marketing information, tools, and support. Silver Partners achieve this level meeting base requirements, completing required training and satisfying the Services competencies.
